Registration Fee
A
registration fee of $20.00 per family is
due
upon
registration. Once registered, students
are
enrolled for the entire dance season from
September until the recital in June. If
you
wish
to withdraw from classes at any point during the
year, a Class Withdrawal Form
must
be filled out and turned into the counter.
If a
Class Withdrawal Form is not turned in
and
signed, you will be responsible for paying
tuition through the end of the season.
At
the start of each new dance season you
must
fill out a enrollment form to be registered for
class. Open enrollment begins September
12
and ends November 14 for students participating
in the recital. After November
14,
open enrollment is for technique classes
only. |
Forms of Payment
Cash
or Credit Cards only. We do not accept
checks.
Discount for Payment in Full
A 10%
discount is given for full year payment
if
made by Wednesday, September 2009.
Cannot be used with an discount.
Late Fees
Payment is due the 1st class of each month.
Fees
not paid by the 2nd class are considered
late
and will incur a $10.00 late fee for each
month
you are late. Late fees apply to tuition,
competition fees and costume fees, etc.
No
exceptions are made. |
Recital Costume Fees
Most
combination classes have two costumes with the
exception of Creative Movement/Tap/Ballet class
(one costume). costumes include all extras
needed, such as tights, head pieces, socks, etc.
Costumes are ready-made and involve little to no
sewing by the parent.
